Scott HarveyPresident & Chief Executive Officer
Scott Harvey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Jones Soda Co., where he is leading the transformation into a diversified, multi-category beverage platform. He has sharpened strategic focus, expanded national distribution, strengthened leadership, and implemented disciplined, KPI-driven operations to accelerate growth and profitability.

He has brought more than 30 years of executive experience scaling brands and driving operating performance across beverage, food, and retail. Prior roles include Brand President of Dunn Brothers Coffee, CEO of Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery & Grill, and President & COO of Black Rifle Coffee Company, where he helped scale the business across eCommerce, retail, and CPG channels, including launching a nationally distributed ready-to-drink platform.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Nathan’s Famous and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group.

Scott holds a B.S. and A.S. from Johnson & Wales University.
Darcey MackenChief Operating Officer
Darcey Macken is a veteran consumer packaged goods executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across high-growth, innovation-driven food and beverage companies. She recently served as CEO and Co-Founder of Myna Snacks, Inc., a digitally native better-for-you snacking company launched in partnership with the #1 Female Streamer and backed by Connect Ventures (NEA & CAA), where she built the organization, commercial model, and product portfolio while activating a large global audience.

Prior to Myna Snacks, Ms. Macken was CEO of Planterra Foods, where she established the OZO™ plant-based protein brand, renovated a large-scale manufacturing facility, and launched more than 20 products across 12 countries. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Sovos Brands and noosa yoghurt, including serving as CEO/General Manager, where she led the business through its acquisition and drove revenue growth from approximately $45 million to more than $200 million. Ms. Macken spent over a decade at the Kellogg Company in multiple executive positions, including President of U.S. Sales and Senior Vice President, Global Sales, where she oversaw multibillion-dollar revenue portfolios, built global sales enablement frameworks, and drove operational and commercial excellence. She brings extensive experience in brand building, product innovation, global sales leadership, operational scale-up, and cross-functional team development.

A graduate of Mercer University (Macon, GA), Darcey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing while playing D1 Volleyball. She went on to complete the Executive Leadership program at Harvard Business School. She is currently a Board Member, volunteer coach, and is active with the Special Olympics. Darcey and her husband reside outside of Boulder, CO with their two boys.
Ryan HarmanVice President Supply Chain
Ryan Harman serves as Vice President of Supply Chain at Jones Soda Co., overseeing manufacturing, logistics, and distribution strategy across the organization. He leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen supplier partnerships, and build scalable systems that support growth across retail and DTC channels.

Previously, Ryan was Director of Demand & Supply at Black Rifle Coffee Company, where he helped scale the business to over $390 million in revenue. He was instrumental in expanding national distribution, including launching the brand into Walmart stores nationwide and developing a ready-to-drink platform across convenience channels, while supporting a rapidly growing eCommerce business serving hundreds of thousands of customers.

When he isn’t busy improving service and reducing COGs, you can find Ryan at the beach with his wife and three children near St. Augustine, FL.
Brian MeadowsChief Financial Officer
Brian Meadows was appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer on February 5, 2025. Mr. Meadows brings to the Company experience as a senior executive of companies in several industries. Since October 2020, Mr. Meadows has served as Chief Financial Officer of Atmofizer Technologies Inc. (CSE: ATMO) (OTC PINK: ATMFF), a clean technology company. From December 2020 to December 2024, Mr. Meadows served as Chief Financial Officer for Trubar Inc. (TSXV: SBBC) (OTCQX: SBBCF), a platform with diversified assets in the plant-based and wellness consumer product categories, and from 2018 to 2020 he worked as an independent consultant. From 2007 to 2018, Mr. Meadows served as Chief Financial Officer and from 2011 until 2018 he served as President of GLG Life Tech Corporation (TSX: GLG), a sustainable and vertically integrated producer of zero-calorie natural sweeteners. Mr. Meadows holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the University of Glasgow and has both Certified Financials Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
Eric SchnabelChief MFinancial Officer
Eric Schnabel is the CMO at Jones Soda where he’s part of a leadership team reviving the 30-year-old soda brand and setting it up to compete in a radically evolving category. He has the privilege of leading a small team turning bottles and packages into collectible culture. His team is responsible for brand innovation, strategy, marketing and eCommerce.

Prior to Jones soda Eric co-founded and ran North America for The Creative Shop team at Meta that helped to define the shift to mobile creative. Post Meta, he’s acted as a full-time and fractional marketing leader at Kohler and Voyager Global Mobility. Prior to going in-house Eric honed his love for cars and candy on brands from BMW to Kellogg’s to Altoids at Leo Burnett and Fallon.

Eric has experienced the gift of incredible mentorship and has tried to pay it back with group’s like Off the Street Club, Free Spirit Media and Marquette University’s Mentor program. He is kept humble by his three kids and his wife and dog. In his spare time he’s helping to create a biopic about Marquette’s legendary basketball coach called “The Confessions of Al McGuire."
